Payments
- Donations are processed through the organization's own payment account, such as Stripe or Sola.
- MaxRaiser does not hold or control funds.
Donation-Only Rule
Allowed: donations only.
Not allowed:
- Goods or services
- Tickets or events
- Raffles or lotteries
- Gifts or incentives
- Anything of value in return
Violations may result in immediate suspension.
Organization Responsibility
Organizations are fully responsible for content, funds, compliance, and receipts.
MaxRaiser does not guarantee tax deductibility or accuracy.
Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. Refunds are handled by the organization.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts at any time for violations or risk.
Processors may freeze funds. MaxRaiser cannot release them.
Liability
MaxRaiser is not responsible for organization actions or use of funds.
